November 5-10th 2008, under the apple tree

These are but a few of the dozens upon dozens of pics captured under the apple tree. Too bad it's next to the neighbor's but then the deer only seem to come at night.

We start with the evil-eyes:
Nice pair, a doe and perhaps a yearling:

There were a lot of open-mouth pictures in here. Wish the cam did audio, would be interesting to hear if they are vocalizing. I suspect they're bleating at the surprise of the flash from the cam, but that's only a guess.

Not a bad looker. She'd look kinda nice in my freezer.

Hind quarters look good.

Caught red-mouthed. One of the shots with the target of their visit, a semi-sweet apple.

Here we go with an OK sized spikey. Looks like he could use a bit more fattening.
